Minimum job size: We do not accept repair jobs or projects under $300.
Payment for completed work is due on completion of the project. We offer flexible payment arrangements depending on the job and situation, which will be discussed during your estimate.
We do not offer third-party payment programs or lending. All payment arrangements are made directly between GC Trusted Builders LLC and the client.
GC Trusted Builders LLC provides a 2-year workmanship warranty on all completed projects. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials installed by our team. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, acts of nature, or work performed by others after project completion. Warranty claims should be reported by contacting us at (321) 462-2022.
All renovation and contracting work performed by GC Trusted Builders LLC is governed by a separate service agreement between the company and the client. That agreement will outline the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, timeline, warranty details, and other project-specific terms.
